Sir can you please guide which are the load mounts and which are the torque mounts. I have instructed my mechanic the same but I dont think so that he got my point.

Salam sir. Yesterday I gave the car to my mechanic for the works mentioned above. He serviced the throttle body, clean and lubricate the IACV, change the back mounting and tighten the rest of the mounts. I told him the sequence to tight them all but i highly doubt that he did that.
The issue of idle rpm is resolved, the vibration is reduced upto 80per but the rumbling is still there specially on 1200rpm to 1600rpm.
My mechanic is not ready to accept that the rumbling is still there. I discuss with another mechanic and he said to change the air intake manifold. My corolla manifold is already making noises and is due for a replacement. Do you think that rumbling is due to air intake manifold?

Salam All,
After the mount replacement and throttle body cleaning, im still facing an issue related to idle rpm. The cold start of the car is fine, as it was before. The choke is working as it was before. When the car is heated up the rpm is not as it should be. When i press the paddle at the signal, the rpm drops to 500 and then comes to 800 and stays there. At 800 rpm, I can feel the vibration. I have adjusted it thrice with the choke and with the throttle body screw itself but it stays there as i do not allow the mechanic to fiddle that screw much. Interestingly the rpms are absolutely fine with the headlights on. When i come to stand still, the rpms comes to 800 and then rest at 900 every time with the headlights on but without the headlights it comes to 700-800 after touching 500...What could be the issue and how to resolve it? If I raise the rpm from the choke, it will also raise it with the headlights on. With the headlights on, it is maintaining at 900 and if i increase it it will rest at 1000rpm which is high.

I think i need to bring that throttle body screw to its original position? Can anyone tell me how to bring that to its original position? Shall I clean that MAF sensor. If yes then how?
Im thinking to get 8no spanner with a L key and adjust it myself coz visiting mechanic again and again is not possible.

Thats normal. Vibration is also normal at 750-800 RPM. You can't eliminate the vibrations completely. Under electrical load RPM will decrease and thats normal too. There is no choke and you are manipulating IACV by increasing RPM directly from throttle. Try to adjust it from IACV. Make sure IACV is super clean and no oil residue or carbon or dust inside it.

750-800 is normal range. 900-1000 at cold start.

Thanks for the reply. I found that the rpm is maintaining itself today at 800 - 900 without headlights. Yesterday and before that, it was not maintaining. I think i should get IACV clean once again.

You can use a scanner to check the iacv duty cycle. And compare it with service manual.

You mean OBD scanner? I got it scanned and it did not returned any error code.

Im thinking to buy OBD scanner. Can you recommend which one to go for. I have seen few on daraz.
