This is the mount which i got replaced. Instead of conolete set, i just got the refill swapped by the machinists. Is that fine?
This mount was found broken.

No reduction in fuel guage after consumption of 7 Litres emplies that fuel guage or fsu is not functioning accurately.

Fuel guage is divided in 4 equivalent bold bars where each bar level depicts value in Litres. Divide your total fuel capacity in 4 then you will get idea that how much litre is contained in 1 bold bar. There are then also thin bars in guage.

7 Litre should be clearly reflected on correct fuel guage.

Yes it does reflects little below 1.5bars F mark. However, at full tank I see it little obove F letter, it might be our tilt view angle to us.

May be LOS (Line of sight) although it moves little but due to LOS, one could not understand the change.

In my Corolla, even physically petrol is up to the cap and physically no space left but even then it is still a very very minor lag under the "F".

Might be that "minor lag under F" is something what you are referring to "tilt view angle" or difference in LOS.

How is the compressor health, the pipe simply dont leak for no reason

I did mentioned this, replied 2007 car and it's a factory fitted pipe leaked. He assured the replaced one is good to with no worry. Let's see.

Yes you can easily have a detailed look to each mount. -- the rumbling sound have nothing to with mounts -- most probably its the bearing.
