Your leaks are due to using power steering oil, its too heavy for it, you need to use atf in toyota systems otherwise if will keep on leaking from everywhere.
And never use jubilee clamps, use the original 2 ear spring clamps and genuine hoses,
Its also a good idea to remove the oil tank and clean the filter/mesh screen.
Reason to ask for alignment is that if you need to constantly hold the steering to keep the car straight, it will overheat the oil badly and cause failure of all kinds.
