Also look for fuel trims.

I didnt get the option in the car scanner app. If i go to their demo. In all sensors it shows these option. But when i connect with my car. Some of the options vanished.

Do u understand what these readings are meant ?

Edit: I’ll be more specific. Since many of you were talking about this variable resistor (knob) responsible for the setting of AFR i.e. optimal combination of Lean / Rich.
My understanding is the outer black part with two cuts in it is the actual setting knob? If that’s correct then this shows that right now it is set on Rich point?

Or the inner round screw is the actual knob related to its setting?

The inner round part is rotateable and there is a special tool for it. If you can't find any tool locally. You can make a groove with hot flat head head screw driver.
Now the best way to calibrate is "exhaust gas analyzer". But still you can check it by measuring sensor voltages. Set the multimeter voltage range between 12-20 DC volts. Place the black probe on yellow wire and red probe on blue wire. Voltage should be equal or below 2.5 volts.
P.S: You can attach thin needles to wire probes to easily pierce through wires and avoid any damage.

Also check the MAF sensor voltages by placing black wire of multimeter to battery negative terminal. And place the red probe to green wire (middle one) for air flow sensor reading and then check the yellow black wire for air intake sensor.
The voltages should range between 1.0-1.3 volts.

yes I went to Zakir Autos Mall Road and they took the whole silencer down and put in some acid in the catalytic converter and then washed with water. Pick increased at least 15%. Car felt soft .

i would recommend this cleaning.

If you want to remove it then you have to raise the oxygen sensors by about 2 inches otherwise as it will detect more gases, then your car might run on open loop (rich)

Its mentioned in the post. Can you please post some important readings at idle and 2200 rpm ; injector pulse width, engine load, coolant temp. , air intake temp. , intake air flow rate and fuel injection rate in cc/min.
I am more curious about injector pulse width and MAF sensor readings.

If you want to remove the CAT then you have two choices:

A. Have the mechanic break the internal jaali by either breaking it with a long screwdriver and hammer or cutting the catalytic converter dholki by the side and removing the whole honeycomb.

In this case you have to raise the O2 sensor by around 2 inches so that it will detect less exhaust and not give you the checklight

B. Total removal of the CAT silencer and fitting a new normal silencer in its place.

In this situation you will have to make place / hole in it to fit in the O2 sensor and also raise it around 2 inches

Even till today the 1.6 Altis is a guzzler, Indus should introduce CVT for 1.6 variant too, that 4speed Auto can only keep the owner happy for initial 1 to 2 years.

In all, I love those rides who even in ave-condition remain a peace-of-mind and pocket friendly.
