Secondly for rpm issue, go to cng shop and tell how they removed cng kit? May be emulator or advance either left or may be removed it wrongly.

I belong to Lahore but so far i havnt seen any mechanic educated enough to understand what engine compression is and what are the parameters that determine the condition of the engine. So please do guide me where i can find an actual auto engineer who could at least identify the actual problem for me. Although if the problem is with the valves, then i wont be able to do anything about it. Replacing the head assembly would make things way too complicated and i don't want to open the engine.

The double din head unit is a Pioneer Japanese system. I purchased it for Rs 5500 and has everything like Bluetooth, Video Playback and Reversing camera. I have installed all of these option with the Bluetooth mic. The language is Japanese, although i did have a previous version who's languaage i was able to converto english.

1. There is engine idling issue. When stopping at a red light, the engine rpm drops below 750 rpms momentarily and then returns back to its actual position. This problem happens only when the ac is running and does not occur without ac.The engine vibrates as if it is going to stall until the ECU kicks in trying to correct the situation but struggles to do so and the rpm just goes haywire. There is no engine check light and no error codes. Sometimes it gets so worse for exacmple when the ac is running at full fan speed and headlights are at full beam (max. generator load). I have got the throttle body changed replaced with a kabli one and also got the fuel pumps replaced but still this problem has not been fixed.

Have you checked IACV ?
It has a small bearing inside which needs cleaning. It cannot maintain rpm due to carbon deposits/dust. Root cause is O-Ring failure.
You can do it yourself at home.
Remove throttle vaccum hoses and coolant hoses going indside IACV.
Remove throttle body.
Unscrew the IACV. Clean it with carb cleaner and then spray some WD-40 on bearing inside out. Remove anykind of dust/carbon particles from bearing so it can spin freely without any noise. A tiny dust particle can effect its performance. Lube the bearing and fit everything back. Make sure O-Ring is in good condition and If u cant find new one in market. U can take it from any of headlight bulb.
Finally unsrew the throttle cable 8mm nut which is used for manual race. Adjsut rpm at 850 with the help of IACV.

Genuine fit rear camera cost 900-1000.

Emulator function is to fool ECU that car is still running on petrol while Advancer is used for ignition timing.

IACV means choke?

1. There is a vibration at 40km/h when accelerating from the left side. I got one excel changed and this problem has been there ever since. My mechanic says that there is some problem with the inner cups of the excel and that is resulting in the vibration. If someone could elaborate/help here is will be gratefull.
2. There is steering wheel vibration at 110 km/h. I have got all the wheels balanced and non of the rims are fualty.

Vibration from left while accelerating means gear job was done and gearbox not aligned correctly.
And check your tires for any deformation which can cause vibrations. Make sure wheels are 100% balanced. Mostly tire mechanics does not care if 5 or 10 gram error is still left.

The engine has now been opened as it was eating coolant and oil and at last it can't be run. Mechanic said the valves are also bad and now nut also need to be changed. Engine head needs to be straightened. Should go for engine swap or repair?

Well there are a lot of problems but the most important are the engine issues that I suffer from, such as oil consumption, bad fuel economy and the weird odor from silencer on startup. one important thing I want to share is I have removed the thermostat valve a month ago due to knocking issue caused by overheating
