Detech the glove compartment,where you can find filter of air conditioner,above that filter there is a fuses box,which is in black color,open that black box cover,you can see fuses there​

Problem is one my relative is expert mechanic. He is saying you are destroying your car by putting that much thick oil 20W50. He is saying I should go to toyota recommended oil. He is from USA. Even car is consuming oil you should not use that much thick oil instead high milage and synthetic oil should be used. He is saying he can't understand stupid mindset of mechanics here.

Well,you can use any fluid as per your desire,but understanding the Pakistan's weather and atmospheric conditions it is mandatory to use higher grade oil in older and high millage vehicles, due to some wear and tear in engine components thick and viscous fluid stops leaks and prevent excess friction between pistons and engine body,and moreover high cc engines work faster and harder and produce much heat and pressure in this way if we put lower grade than 20w50 in older vehicles,the engine will burn more easily and quickly less viscous fluid,it will burn dark black and the result one can see after 3000 kms.

After using low profile 17 inch tires that ruined whole suspension, i switched to 14 inch tires and with brand new cheap malaysian shocks(5000Rs.). Both died after six months only. Today changed front shocks(AgriAuto) for 12000 Rs.
Moral of story= Never buy cheap chinese/malaysian parts.
P.S today found 555 japan and 555 china corolla parts with same packing.

this is IACV with black and white wire grip. it require special screwdriver. other option is you can make straight cut on screw head using hacksaw.

the idle RPM is controlled by ECU...does not matter how you move IACV motor...after some time the ECU will readjust it...

750-850 wihtout AC 900-1000 with AC is normal...why do u want to increase it?

Thanks for reply. My car RPM are 800 with and without AC. Even with all load on like headlights, the idle RPM stays at 800. But problem is that during running when I press the clutch paddle, the RPM drops to 400 and car start jerking for 2 to 3 seconds and after that RPM are readjusted to 800.

I haven't gone to dealership yet. Local ustad was trying to increase the RPM to 1000-1100 by adjusting the screw of accelerator cable. Which I was not convinced.
I search YouTube and found that IAC valve and MAF sensor May cause idle RPM problem. So just wanted to educate my self first regarding the issue.

I will consult some good mechanic also.

Do you have some suggestions. Or guide for good workshop in islamabad???

if the throttle cable screw is messed up by ustaad already, then its not easy to get it back to original factory position...

you need to clean the IACS...open the sensor part and then spin its rotor...it shud move freely...if not then...open the air intake pipe and spray carb cleaner into hole going toward IACS...wait a while and then give it a spin...shud be better...used a syringe to inject a drop or two of ATF in rotor bearing to lubricate it...reinstall everything...

unscrew MAF and clean it with electrical contact cleaner...never use WD40 or carb cleaner on it...let it dry for 1 min...install back...and let us know if ur issue resolved or not?

Sure, I intend to do it my self as I have seen almost all videos on you tube regarding cleaning of IACV and MAF sensor. Seems pretty simple task.
Now I need ALEN key to open the IACV . Will buy it

no big deal. unscrew it completely then give it a quarter or half turn, so that butterfly valve does not stick.
