There might be a difference of 5 Km's but in actual condition there is a huge gap. I just want to know the real cause

Yes thats very optimum cruising RPM and speed with very decent mileage mashallah I also want that but my car reaches 80Km/h at 2400 Rpm which is not a good thing in any way

I tried but it still seems on a higher side a bit. Their is a proper way out to reset the ECU. Need to figure that out.

I calculated speed from RPM using online calculator its close to actual speed for your Altis at 2900 RPM i.e 140 vs 120 which is almost close

But my Altis is seriously lagging behind at 2000 RPM i.e 97 vs 65 actual

you are calculating ratio at perfect locked drive, while ommiting that automatic transmission torque converter has its own built in slip.

at lower speed the tcc will slip a bit which is called partial lock - at higher speed it fully locks

your transmission is OK

the calculator is only good for direct contact system like manual transmission, not automatic - as there will always be some slip in automatic transmission torque converter at slower speed or coast or gentle power. At high speed the converter clutch locks 100%

At approx which speed it will lock?? My car runs at 80km/h when RPM reaches 2400 so should I increase it to like 3000 to completely lock it??

Yes it has D & D3 instead of OD on/off

@Xulfiqar can changing transmission fluid and filter make it better?? I actually want some advantage of bigger engine i.e less RPM for higher coasting speed resulting in good fuel economy...

Try this method may it work fine for your car,i have tried this method several times​
This is very simple way to reset ecu though...

1) remove both negative and positive battery terminals.

2) and turn on head lights lever on full,by doing this the extra stored energy stored will be decipated by lights.

Do this method over night and then in morning,re connect positive terminal first and then negative terminal.and also not forget to turn off headlights lever​
