dude 3 years and driven only 5500KM
I always change air and oil filter with every oil change.
All drove on highway and motorway. Speed limit mostly between 70 to 90 (take needle after some time to 100 or 120) at 2000 to 2200RPM. A/C Moderate use because it was a cloudy day. Approx 11 hours of nonstop drive. The average calculated was 16.2km/l. which is Alhumdulillah not really bad.
What do you guys say about it?
love it, i know this machine is capable of doing even better
rev it up man, hard to drive at 80-100 kph
I might have couple of more trips. I will rev up next time inshaALLAH. is this average is good for 3zzfe 1.6 auto saloon ?

And how to improve fuel consumption in this car?

used to have 3zzfe 12 years back...i must admit its a v silent engine...v smooth n lovely to drive...never checked fuel consumption back then only concentrated on that front left wheel lock up issue while breaking....lolxxx
Hello everyone. Became a proud owner of a SE Saloon 2003 automatic transmission some time back. I'm a bit curious about the rattling noise in the engine which sometimes irritates me. Sometimes its not there. Someone suggested I use the engine shield called Namda to suppress the sound.. any suggestions please ?
I get the same average. 8 or 9 with AC
Which grade of engine oil you are using brother,and actual mileage of car?
Thank you for your reply- I recently changed the oil, got the Shell Helix HX3 20W - 50. Actual mileage is 273k with its original engine.
5 adults, some luggage in trunk, AC full time, speeds 130-140 non stop, slowed down at 2 known speed check points, and accelerated to 170-180 to smokr an Axio and Vezel at different times, it was a fun drive, car unleashes after 160 kph- 1ZZFE
I get the same average in city driving dude.
I hate this left wheel lockup issue. Any way to resolve the issue or any local jugar? Or have to live with it ?
