Bro it all depends on your surroundings maybe in your surrounding folks are using abundantly..
In my surroundings it is very rare, i have not seen much folks using it even most of the mechanics and people dont know fully synthetic...
P/S bro yahan pe log aur mechanic 70 to 80 percent woi dekhy hen jo bus gari me thora sa msla hujy they just eyes closed recommend 20w50..
Still i would say it has not vastly emerged in pakistan....
