Too much filler "pateen" on lower panels .A grinder would have been a better option like the rest of the panels. Because it will start cracking with the passage of time. This is where the stress will be applied more.

Its an old car repaired to max, lower base is fiber polygate and it will prevent the cracking but yes any trauma to the panels will enable the cracking, no other ways around it!!

Pictures were taken when it was being applied before thr normal grinding and then the water grinding, only polygate was left in places where it was necessary but again too many repair jobs on panels due to car being old and rusted parts were replaced by denter

Agreed very difficult to bring them back in shape. Yes that will help.
And If you can before paint do spray it with a rust protecting primer.

It was sanded down to bare metal, then fiber polygate was added on bare metal, anti rust primer is risky especially in khi plus we dont gey good quality primer here in pakistan and do what ever you want since its an old car it will get rusted in 3-4 years for sure in khi..

With good care you can keep it clean from rust for more then 4 years.
check rustoleum primer they are good but expensive on the other side. and there are primers you can apply before paint. i use rustoleum rust reformer a lot. and did an experiment aswell, it does work.
but overall good going. reading this thread since the beginning.

I will be looking after it after soo much time and money but 3-4 years is what i kept in mind so that i dont get upset lol.. thank you for reading this thread, much appreciated. I will be uploading pictures of painted car iA within one week
