Toyota crown or mercedes E class

I am looking to buy either toyota crown 2007 athlete which cost around 5-5.5 million now a days and 2010-11 e class w212 is nearly in the same price bracket, which one should I go for

Brother there is at least a 20 lack difference in the price of both cars. Just confirmed by seeing on pakwheel ads. w212 is much more expensive and newer.

Not this much. Although i hope you get a good car. My suggestion is the crown as mercedes becomes money pit after 50k kms or 5 years. Both are visually appealing. Also if this is a second car then mercedes is also fine as long as you are willing to wait for long periods of time and a long downtime.
p.s. i do own these two cars but this suggestion is based on what i have so far read about the mercs.
