Toyota Duet the Same as the Daihatsu Storia/Sirion?

Hi all!

I'm about to buy a Toyota Duet 2000 1.3 Litre but I have come
across pages on the internet about the Duet Being the same as the Daihatsu Storia/Sirion. The reason I'm buying Toyota is because of their quality, but if the Duet is actually made by Daihatsu, then wouldn't it be better to buy a Nissan March instead?

Is the Duet made by Daihatsu or does it just share the same blueprint and the Duet and made by Toyota and has Toyota Parts?

How is the Duet 2000 Compared to the Nissan March 2000?

umm I think you need a cup of coffee Daihatsu and Toyota are the same firm,

and its very common in Japan for a car bearing 2 badges.

you can rely on any japanese cars,all of them(nissan daihatsu,toyota,mitsubishi etc)use high built quality
and as far as duet and storia are concerned,these are the same cars made under the name of two manufacturers.
such as terios and cami,passo and boon

i agree wid u .. duet and storia are just d same thng..i am about to buy a duet 99 reconditioned in 2006.. i wes worried about d issue of parts .. can anyone guide me about them ..???
