It's doesn't depends upon shifting but sometimes it acts hard and sometimes soft.Do I need to remove air filter box to get access to shifter cables?How much would axle cost.I have heard that it can be repaired also.
Yes it lies in the way. Shifting cables or transmission could be the reason. As you already change clutch etc. i have faced the same issue due to cables then eventually due to grinding transmission gears went bad.Will not work for more then 3-4 months after repairing.Not sure how much new one cost. It needs machine shop work as it's outer cv joint.
My boot has very minor cut in it.Do u think replacing of boot will work.Before this my right side inner axle boot was ripped and making noise.After replacement of boot it went away.The sound is very minor click
Well i will suggest to change.But take the boot off and inspect it. If wear is not too bad. Change the boot, fill the grease, you're good to go.

Fuel average in city should be more than 14 I got 16-17 in city and 20-22 on long with manualAnd AC performance of diesel variant is 2 times better than petrol

Take the console off and cables will be infront of you.Yes had faced it. When my cables were bad. Cables will cost like 3-4k now.

You need to modify the exciting steering column. And close the oil lines of steering rack. Better if you buy a spare and modify that.
I have changed steering pipe and steering rack but still there is small leakage of psf
Leak from where? Rack, pipes or pump?
I haven't exactly figured it out yet actually.Are leak dye available in market which will make it easier to find out exactly where it's leaking from.Also my boot isn't opening from inside lever but opens with key from outside.
