My coolent seems to be slightly low every time. When I checked it was leaking from here. What is this top thingy that has an arrow. The small lever of it is movable.

Oxygen sensor agar 1 wire wala ho ya 2 wala inn mei kya difference hai?

This thing is heater valve. Seems like it's pipe is leaking, replacing it is simple.
Regarding Oxygen, every engine has different one.
So proper one should be used with engine.

And kindly guide me what mobile oil should I use? I put HX6 10W40 and it is fine but at higher rpms there is blue smoke coming out from exahust.

Bro maf sensor change karale tu behtar hai. Iski halaat bohat kharab hai. 4afe ka original dale. Part number me apko dekh ke batata hon. Is Oxygen sensor wire connected? And clean engine a little.
Also ur car doesn't have ac idle up. Get adjustable one. It's purposes is to keep rpm stable with ac.
If radiator is not clean. Clean it and keep fan auto.

Rpm idle par Kafi high hoge apke tu. Vacuum sahi karaye. Check pcv valve and it's rubber grommet first then select engine oil. Get engine compression done. If not available then remove dipstick when engine is started and give accelerater little to see if there is blow from dipstick hole.

G bro maybe the MAF is why engine check light is ON. Aap kindly pic bhej ke model bata den mei yahan Khi mei Plaza mei search kar longa. G oxygen wire connected tou hai. And engine cleaning karani hai
Actually service kartay waqt mei engine bay ko dhulwata nahi kyunke pressure se electronics kharab ho saktay hain dats y. Mei har baar air pressure karwanay ka kehta hun but they assure mei ke kar liya but no difference is visible.
Bro kindly AC idle up ki bhi pic bhej den I'll search dat too. And Radiator new daala hai a few months back.

Ac idle pe high thi but mene idle rpm adjust karwaya to around 900 tou ac pe 1200 hojati hai. And you're right, rpm perfectly stable nahi rehtay kabhi kabhi high hojatay hain. And bro PCV ka bhi pic bhej den 4afe ka 🤭
Aur dipstick wala method mei kal karta hun in shaa Allah. And pehlay ismei previous owner ne thermostate valve nahi daala tha and i believe the fan would be direct in summers, so i put in thermostate valve of 4afe and new radiator and fan is auto.
And bro vacuum hoses ki drawing nahi mil rahi if you can guide what to connect where, that'd be awesome

And below 2 are ac idle up. Get the one which is adjustable by this white knob.

And this is pcv valve. It's quite universal item.
U can check yours by removing it and shake it to see if it rattles. Check atf condition as well

Yeah, it's better to avoid pressure washer as water gets inside plugs which shorts them.
Regarding vacuum diagram I will search for it. Mine is actually 5afe and is a little different.
