just checked the STA pin , its positive , and i ve got no fc , ignitions and injections pulse as well ! strange thing happened , another ecu was connected and the car ran for few minutes and suddenly it burnt giving some smoke (same part numbers). something strange happened the doner ecu burnt giving smoke the ECU i had never gave any smoke when the vehicle stopped . the vehicle ran for almost 2 years with out any problem ! all of the sudden this happened ,

what might be the issue ?

i checked all the wiring and nothing seems to be chaffing or or lose ,

No there is shortage in wiring or in any sensor.
Check each wire, that is there's any continuity which shouldn't be there.

Hay bro I have toyota corolla with 4efe engine every time the engine heat get in range the AC fan and the engine cooling fan run both and go off both even the AC is off . At before the engine cooling fan runs when the engine heat get in range alone.

You mean both fans turn on together even if Ac is on or not?

No need.
They would be directly wired together, rewire them.
AC fan should only turn on with ac. Or if your car got slow speed fan option then AC fan will act as slow fan. In such case both Radiator and AC fan wired up using 2 relays to stimulate dual speed.

OK but at first everything was normal and I didn't do anything or any sirvice. How can I find the problem to get everything normal again. Maybe I have a shot circuit some were or some thing like this.

Relay both fans are location inside the engine bay fuse box. Start from there.

If your car had factory AC and twin fans, they will operate together in any condition. And the fans are 2 speed. The system achieves 2 speeds by changing the circuit to series and parallel - series makes the fans run slow, parallel makes them run at full speed.

My car has not a factory ac and we added ac components to the car and also a power steering components . For some reason later the twin fans are working together and we can't get the problem yet. We checked the fuse box and everything is normal

if you added the ac later on, and now you are facing issues of both fans running together, check if the wiring was tapped into the original fan relay or if the compressor diode is now not functioning.

The diode prevents the AC compressor from starting when the fans are called by the thermoswitch with AC off.

check the wiring and see - you will find the fault. And to be honest running both fans is a good idea (provided you have the wide tropical area radiator and not the small radiator)

Second you are right Run the two fans together is a good thing but I am afraid if it be a short circuit some where and cuse a big problem later.

As long as your system is fused, its ok, problems will happen if there is no fuse.

Can I take your advice for something else I have 4efe engine and the throttle bady in my case has not idle valve. After we have added the AC and the power steering some time the engine get of it self when the AC is on. Can we but a throttle bady with idle valve

Your throttle has no provision for idle control? You are missing the 3 wire green or black idle control valve?

What model engine do you have?
