My car has just 176km on the odometer from the last 2 months as the lockdown is going so haven't been able to leave the house. I am receiving messages from my dealership to get the car inspected for the first free maintenance. I already washed the car at the house with proper care. My question should I take my car to the inspection or not. Should I wait for it to reach 1000km first? What are the things that I should specifically get checked at the dealership?.

your car has already crossed 1000 km.
btw, first free inspection is basically nothing fancy.. they just check the nuts and bolts of the car , check oils, etc. and nothing else ! if you can check the oils coolant levels etc. yourself, there's no need to take your car to the dealership before the oil change. (will it void your warranty or not, i have no idea about that).

btw, if you still want to take it before 1000 km, they won't mind checking it and entering it in your warranty book.

It was a typo i meant it to be 176 km not 1760. I was just trying to confirm if there is a time window or not for the first inspection. If it's just the distance travelled I would rather wait and let the engine and chassis settle in a bit better.

oh ok, no problem. 176 km is nothing bro. don't bother taking it to dealership. the car's engine and other parts haven't even settled in yet. keep on driving until it reaches 1000 km, and if it doesn't even in six months, then i think you should get the oil changed as it is recommended to get oil changed every six months.
