You are comparing cherry-picked data. In 2019-2020, the auto industry was in a slump. Indus reduced its overheads, reduced production staff and also reduced shifts gradually - it's capacity, thus, was drastically reduced. That's why it made sense to produce ~100 Fortuners a month. During that same time period, Fortuners were being sold at DISCOUNT and there was READY DELIVERY.
Now once again, demand has outstripped supply - production has increased to 250+ units a month - it would not make sense to decrease production to say, 100 units a month, now just to "keep premiums" in the market. Indus doesn't see a single rupee of those premiums.
