Thanks for giving the information. Though I'm thinking of buying Sportage fwd and will be buying fortune Rin the next step as my father is going to mostly use the car so comfort is more important.

True Story: my father and mother (may Allah bless them a long life but ageing is inevitable) stopped riding Fortuner because

1. Due to ageing (and a knee problem of my mother) it was getting difficult to climb into it and jump out of it.
2. Every time it would get in potholes and bumps, according to them it would jump and give jolts
3. On long journeys they felt extremely tired due to lack of comfort in both seats and suspension.

At the same time for aged people, sedans are equally uncomfortable when they have to bend knees and get into or out of them. So as a result the only ideal option left behind was a crossover therefore ended up buying a Sportage FWD and my parents are more than happy since. The seat comfort is absolutely amazing and suspension is also pretty soft.

If off-roading is not a requirement, 7 seats are not a requirement, image is not a requirement, and most of all comfort of elderly parents is important you don’t need a Fortuner and Crossovers are at the ideal sweet spot for such a purpose

This is somewhat same experience as mine. I am holding back buying Fortuner just for the sake of comfort and buying Sportage as it's the only reliable crossover right now with bookings open.

I called Toyota Ravi today and they said the delivery time for 2.8 Sigma is Dec/Jan if i book after eid. i wanted to ask if there is a possibility that i might get my car earlier than this estimated time. Thank you in advance.

What about May deliveries? When was the actual delivery of tentative deliveries for May? I think Sigma deliveries have a lag of at least two months if not more from tentative delivery dates.

After invoicing, it’s just the shipping time from Factory to the dealership. Invoice is generated when car has already been assembled.

Will (Kibor+3%) in late deliveries will be applicable on advance payment of 30 lac after two months???? I asked from IMC help line and they said yes in my case of Feb booking it is applicable from May on booking payment.
Anyhow full payment time has also exceeded two months

Yes KIBOR+3% is applicable on partial payments too. No official communication regarding extension of full payment by 2 months. I guess it varies from dealership to dealership.

Like a person booked his car in feb and received in July will this be applicable?
Secondly in what foam will receive that amount and through courier or dealership?
Is there any way we can ask from them about tentative time to receive that money?

I have received my fortuner on time, but it was 2.7 V, delivery time on PBO was July, invoiced on 21st July received it on 27th July
