Regarding MG: I personally wouldnât buy a car manufactured by a Chinese company which has yet to prove its durability considering all around the world MG is known as a low budget Chinese brand. And moreover specially in a country like Pakistan where they still donât have a proper service and dealership network added by their malpractices of selling cars at premium themselves instead of genuine buyers further added with cheap theatricals of Mr. Afridi on social media.
I personally know a lot of people directly in my close circle who are being given a goli for the last 4 months past their tentative delivery months after they have paid full payment.
Globally in terms of ranking the Japanese are superior to Koreans and the Koreans are superior to Chinese brands with a bigger ratio hence I would consider Sportage or Tucson over/but neither MG nor Proton which is again a Chinese car and a Geely Boyue on which the Malaysians use an eraser and then re write their name with crayon.
If you donât want to get a Fortuner. Look into Koreans. Atleast they now have evolved globally and are in a much better place worldwide and locally also have a good backup of dealerships and parts
