Better this way too! A letter doesnt inspire any additional confidence anyways. It is rather demoralizing
what letter....i got no letter even after full payment. they just game me 2 x receivings on the spot with the usual PBO, not extra letter given.

Yeah you are right... I heard the issue is with delivery of Sigma variant... not sure about other variants..

Im taking delivery of my sigma today, i just wanted some advice regarding the tyres, i dont know if i should get the original tires changed, if yes which? Are the stock tires good enough for city travelling (no offroading tires needed)
Original tires are not bad, but ride quality will significantly improve if you move to better tires like Pirelli , Michelin or BF Goodrich HTs. Since its a brand new vehicle you will have to pay minimum difference i.e 35k to 40k in exchange of tires.I did this for my Revo last year and it made a huge difference in ride quality.

first change i did on 2500 kms, used 5w30 toyota tin pack oil available at dealerships. Owner manual recommends this.
Change interval is 5K for this one, for the conventional 20w50 oil dealerships recommends to change every 2500 kms
Finally my vehicle has been reached at showroom, perhaps it will take 3-4 more days to take delivery after registration and other formalities
