Legender and Standard Sigma 4 are same thing in respect of performance and engine specification. Nothing has been added in Lagender which will effect it's performance as compared to standard sigma. Making clear this misconception that Legender had some additional engine performance add-on's now question comes difference between petrol and diesel, having both in family I am in better position to respond this query. One line response ....hell of difference.......this is not what you have to feel it is clear and loud different. Thrust of Sigma due to high torque is toxicated. If budget allows go for Sigma standard or legender eyes closed no second opinion on that. Legender will cross 1 crore 35 and Standard 1 crore 25 lac after giving ON and registration , I am totally against ON not going to promote that but in my recent experience I have solidly convinced that booking is actually loss deal..buying ON is far better. I am feeling shame and embarrassment to state that but I am telling what I suffered. First they will not book your vehicle if by any how then they will ask insurance and registration then vehicle will be delivered at least 6 to 8 months. In 6 to 8 months price and gov duties will be revised due to budgets and mini budgets which would be equal or even more than ON. Same happened with me NOV price increase and then FED increase (which I escaped ) was far above than 5 lac ON I was offered in OCT 2021, I wish I have adopted ON offer and saved addition 1 lac and wait of time. Other for same model had to pay 10 lac additional Further in booking time new version would be introduced so you have to settle on old specification and trim. Khawari and wait of 6 to 7 months is another separate story. So best way go and find some better deal and get victim of ON mafia taking this as Nizam-e-Qudrat.

Had a very quick look at the legender, seats are definitely softer than before. Looks better too. Sadly the delivery time had already went past September.

I went 2nd day after booking started and got it booked for March. After like 4 to 5 days I called again just to check delivery time and it was May. The showroom guy told me there are only 4 to 5 Fortuner/Legender deliveries per month, don't know if he was telling the truth.... They even kept 2lac as a security and said it will be returned upon registration.

The tagline of the company should be book the vehicle for your children instead of Toyota Comfort that booking will be done by you and company will deliver the vehicles to your children after seeing the situation of deliveries. Instead of delivering the long ago booked vehicles website is still showing order in process. The government launched auto policy so that country can export cars and these people are just getting the benefit of the policy. Since if they are unable to ensure delivery within the country, within due time then one can understand the situation of export.

In my opinion people sitting in dealerships are most aloof people....they don't have any information they just gather information from people visiting them and passing the same half cooked to other people their own finding and information in nil over nil. I have found people at Pakwheels more informative and knowledgeable than dealership people. Whenever you visit toyota dealer ship ask ...what is INDUS. ....their replies will make you smile and will keep you smiling rest of day.

Dealership are well informed but for sake of their ON money mafias only they will remain irritating you and leaving you in a situation so that you can attract to buy through ON Mafias

Hi, the showroom has separate cars for display or they put customers cars on display? May be I'm being too sensitive but I'm thinking the showroom could put customer's car on display and delay the delivery for few days, is there any such possibility? It's been 7 days since the vehicle invoiced but the Rawalpindi dealership says it is still in dispatch whereas the customers in Lahore received after 4 days...

Thanks for detailed response. After seeing improved seat comfort in Legender, I was ready to book, but 9 months is too much. Pakwheels ads suggest premium of around 1.5 million on Legender. Total filer on road price with registration is 11.5 million. So that totals to 13 million or 13 crore.

A dealer friend is recommending to import 2017 Prado 2.7 TX from Japan which he says will cost around 1.6 million.

Yes original looks like more aggressive and arrogant SUV....where as legender is more sports like thing.....fortuner width is not that big it is some how narrow on that legenders slim and sleek body gives overall body a delicate thin impression. Anyway it is every ones own choice.

For me the original face lift looks very graceful. The legender looks more aggressive/sporty. The legender interior looks really bad in comparison to the FL in my humble opinion! Would not spend an extra 5 lakhs for the legender when you can get an aftermarket facelift for around 1 lakh

In my opinion Fortuner in Legender kit only option is white color. In that it will be more apparent. In black color all it's body kit will disappear in black . Then it has black interior even black roof so it would be over kill of black. And in black, things look smaller ad compared to white or light colors. I wish some body has picture of legender in black color, I saw one in black in after market kit but not at all impressive in fact looking worst however in white it is quite acceptable even good.
