Legender black interior is a bit off for me but again I think considering soft seats and parking sensors only available in legender, it is worth it. On top of that, I was getting delivery of Legender in two months as compared to Fortuner which was due in September at that time.

Legender in the black exterior is no way near the grace of Fortuner in black color in my opinion.

Yes, changed on 24th Feb. I talked to dealership and he said vehicle will arrive today

I felt that legender’s perforated seats were better than sigma or other variants. I don’t know it could be a placebo effect but it did feel better and softer

From pics I always liked regular Fortuner but when I personally went to check them out. Legender is the one to go for (my personal opinion ). Regular one automatically starts to look boring and old.

Plus the interior scheme is the most important thing. The black/red scheme is much better than tan. The new interior is really refreshing and makes legender up market.

With me a blessing in disguise happened with booking. I booked a Fortuner, it took 9 months for delivery, in the interim period prices went up, paid the different twice, many times thought I should have opted for own and be done with it BUT, I got the one with Parking Sensors and dual zone climate. Indus asked me to pay for the upgraded one if I wanted and I said duh, itna intezaar kiya hai why not get the one with sensors and dual zone.

So kind of compensation mil gaye Aik tareekay se socha jaye. Parking sensors are a must for me in this vehicle as my garage entry is a little narrow hence the sensors help. Might not be a big deal for some but I’m satisfied. Yeh market customers ki hai he naheen.

That's illegal. They can't do that once you've paid in full. Fed/taxes is another story.
