Has anyone here claimed late deliver amount(kibor+3) on delivery of your fortuner? Delivery periods range from 8 to 9 months after initial PBO. According to the law the time starts from the initial partial payment date. The stealership will say it starts from the day the balance/full payment is submitted. That is not in line with the law. Has anyone succeeded in getting that money back from indus? I'm not letting these mofos keep even a single ruppee of my hard earned money if it is legally mine.
