Dear fellows, please never visit Toyota Garden Motors, Near Kalma Chowk, Ferozepur Road, Lahore for service / maintenance of your beloved vehicles. I have a very bad experience a couple of weeks ago.
In middle of November, I received SMS from Toyota Garden Motors for engine tuning / battery/heater checkup and car wash in Rs.2600/-. I visited them for engine tuning and told them about sound of engine knocking as well. They advised me to get service the throttle body and injectors of my car Toyota Corolla Gli 1.3 auto model 2016 along with engine tuning and battery / heater check up. I spent almost Rs.7,000/- for all this work. However, while returning to my home, I was surprised that sound of engine knocking was very much there. Moreover, when I started my car on the very next day, it took a little load. I visited them again 4 / 5 days later and they informed me to replace the battery terminal which I did immediately. On the very next morning, when I started my car, it took load again. I visited them after a week, they checked the battery and informed that the battery of the car has been expired.
It is pertinent to mention that I was very much satisfied with the starting of my car before visiting Toyota Garden Motors. They destroyed the battery terminal, which eventually weakened the battery. And I have no other choice but to replace the battery with new one.
in March 2019, I replaced the front disc pads of my car from Toyota Garden Motors and their inefficient staff cracked the Rubber Seals while fitting the new disc pads.
So, my sincere advice to all Pakwheels fellows is ..........please stay away from Toyota Garden Motors, Ferozepur Road, Lahore to keep safe your precious cars from mishandling of their inefficient Staff.
