I had the same exact problem, rough usage can prematurely wear out your brake pads, you can get your rotors polished if the are cut and pads changed asap.
Dealerships charge a lot of money and you could be better of going to a reliable mechanic. It costed me roughly 17,500rs for front and rear pads genuine for 2015 gli. My mechanic changed them at my home so i had a hassle free experience and was able to keep a close eye as well while it was being done.
