Spotted on Monday evening 21/05/2012. This unfortunate Hiace was coming from Golra Mor to Islamabad on Kashmir Highway near G-10. The people at spot says that it was front tyre was bursted but I observed that tyre was intact, however a crack was visible. I think the hiace was over speeding:

It just stops at limit, otherwise there was a big deep which an inch way, thanks Allah, otherwise it was a terrible loss

very bad....i have never scene these guys driving slow ...specially when there r 2 drivers together ...ALLAH what happened in real...but seems like some brake lock up
