Also i use the liqui moly common rail additive after every 2k kms as said on the can. First time i put it the car got so much smoother and quieter. I am now regularly doing it to maintain clean injectors.

What fuel average do you get by Revo 3.0 1KD in City and on Motorway?

Well i drive very leisurely, no hurry at all, max speed 70-80 km/h as i don't like heavy braking this beast. It gave me 11.5km/l in city with ac. I hypermile the car of course. Usually it would give 9-10 km/l if i drive normally. Have not tried on long routes yet as its my daily atm. Will some day.
p.s. I drive the car hard sometimes for sport but usually i drive like an old man. max taken it to 180kmph on s5 gear.

Yes possible if you are driving alone most of the time, I m always with guards, driver like 4-5 ppl on board most of the times.

Got my Revo V FL last week Alhamdulillah.
My first tank gave me 11km/ltr, tank to tank. 9Ltr/100km on odo.
2nd tank is 8.3Ltr/100km (reduced traffic conditions) so far. Mix of city and highway driving.

Thinking of changing rims and tires. Should I keep the oem rims or exchange with aftermarket (at a profit).
I have shortlisted yokohama geolandar for tires.

If you are going for aftermarket then plz don't opt for replicas and chinese unbranded rims, as their quality will never compete with the oem ones, although they will fascinate your eyes. If you wish to change the rims then go for the original brands.

Some of the tyres shop sell brand like method, lenso n other aftermkt brand but I would advise to stay on oem and change your tires only.

PS. Most tyres shop sell Chinese and replicas

How would you describe your driving style? Also i get 13.1 -13.5 on odo but in actuality i get 11.5 -11. I don't know if its just my odo but i have an altis and its readings are inaccurate too. Odo seems to show more.

Wrapping the stock rims of FL Revo in black gives them a good look if you don't want aftermarket rims.

Don't believed in Odo, those are always showing higher compare to actual average. Mine is showing 9.4-9.5km/L but in actual it's 7.8-8.2km/L.

My driving style is cautious. I try to maintain best economy, trying to keep rpm as low as lossible for the given speed, although I do not hypermile. I occassionally to step on the gas, but mostly just enjoy the ride.
Rush hour raffic kills economy.
My 2nd tank gave me 11.6km/ltr tank to tank (8.4 ltr/100km on odo), so the odo is not more than 5% off so far.

I have changed tires, and kept oem rims.
I got Yokohama geolandar AT g015, 285/60 R18. These fit snug.
In comparison, these are at least 40-50% softer than oem tires, have excellent grip, much better braking, and assured feel. With oem tires, Revo felt barely in control. I gunned the vehicle a few times, and it was pretty planted each time. Did not sway or swerve like the supercharged american cars of the 60s and 70s.

There is some road noise though.
