Slight road noise is ok if your ride become soft, less bumpiness and more grip, this is the reason I went for 10mm wider on my new fortuner 275/60 R18. Should have done same on my Revo but went on same oem size as going wider tyres will interrupt your fuel average.

Aoa fellow pakwheelers. I'm planning to load my bike (length 2270mm / 7.44ft) on a 2008 Vigo & taking it up north. Obviously it's a bit longer then the bed & so tailgate will need to be remain lowered. My friend who owns the vigo says its completely okay & people do it all thetime, but I'm not comfortable driving around with lowered tailgate. My Qs is, is it safe driving it up north this way if everything is fastened properly? Or any other way I can do this?
* Shehzore is not an option (costs too much)

IF its fastened properly and securely then it shouldn't be a problem , I saw a revo with a cd 70 or maybe its was a125 strapped on its bed on pesh-isb motorway and it was easily going 150+ lol

I have taken my son small 50cc ATV and 125cc quad seperately but obviously have to tied down, tailgate was opened. I live in Khi so my trip wasn't that long hardly 50km.

I don't have picture right now of old 50cc ATV and it has been sold as it was not working. My son was using it from last 4 years, now he's using 125cc ATV 3 speed gears with reverse gear and both are Chinese brand.

Hi Guys,
What is the best place for accessory installation in Lahore? people who know their stuff and don't damage the car. Need to get a trunk cover for my Revo installed by a professional. Internationally i have seen specific shops that only do 4x4s. Something like that. Been to Sagal Motors but i found people there knowledgeable and uninformed. Kept asking each other for the right top cover for my car which it turned out they didn't have.

Yes I know but want to know who all using 5w30 or 5w40 and fully synthetic oil or non- synthetic engine oil. Btw m using 15w40 caltex MGX400 on 1KD Revo.

I am using Liqui moly 10w 40 fully synthetic for my 1KD. Toyota was putting 20w50 which i did not like.

I am using Mobil Delvac 1 5w40 in 1gd fortuner. However, among the locally available options, I think Shell Helix Ultra 5w40 would be my preference. Any lube that meets api cf/cf-4 or acea A3/B4 should work.

Shell Helix Ultra 5w-40 has two options, one is diesel specific. Other is not diesel specific.
Are both of these available locally?

I have not seen the Diesel labeled SHU 5w40 at local petrol pumps yet. However, a cursory look over their pds online shows both the diesel and without diesel labeled ones have the same spec approvals I.e. api-cf, acea a3/b3, a4/b4. Could be a market-specific thing. Both should be good to use for 1gd.

I get from caltex dealer shop and they change engine oil as well at their own shop with no extra charges.
