I have driven 2011-12 thai vigo champ and it does swerved too wen i turn the traction control OFF, good amount of torque. Is Revo Hilux lighter than Vigo Champ?? Toyota Indus shud have given the trc button as it is quite useful.

exactly ..traction.control is safety not luxury & standard on even tiny mira!

Rs. 168k approx for private registration - official fee. 4% of vehicle value as per sales invoice.

I was asked to share the registration cost paid. WHT was Rs. 200k. No "premium" was paid. Got delivery on the 20th day of PBO generation (booking).

finally i ve booked the Revo hilux V a/t in graphite color, will be getting in march or april.

Advance congrats on the Revo. Graphite looks great during day as well as night time.

Till now I've just added a Trinity U-box by Aeroklas (XL size). Got a good price (28k) from Optimum Motorsport Zamzama (Mohsin) for it. Makes it very convenient to access the box from the sides also, without the need to step onto the deck.

Visors come standard with the Revo. I checked out the TRD roll bars available at dealerships and in the market, including at Hashmi, Toyota Central and others but didn't like any with respect to shape and finishing. Waiting for the australian model design roll bars to arrive and will put the same on my Revo.

Moreover, waiting for some technical / genuine feedback regarding "effect on front suspension if I put a bull-bar upfront". Will decide once I'm satisfied that it doesn't effect the front suspension which comes in stock Revo.

Thanks alot, i chose graphite as it look different, personally i like black a lot ij Revo but i dont want my drivers to do double chores on cleaning so went for graphite

Hashmi is a ripp-off. His final price for the same aeroklas u-box which I got from Optimum, was 33.5k while Optimum agreed to 28k.

I also got my Revo from TCM and they shared their accessories list at the time of delivery. I even inspected their test drive vehicle with almost all the listed accessories installed, BUT, firstly, I found their prices absurdly high as compared to other local suppliers including Stadium Motors on Sh-Quaideen (not Tariq Road) opposite Society Graveyard and other suppliers on Zamzama. The TRD roll-bar that they are offering for 48,500 was quoted for 30k to 35k by Stadium Motors. I checked both their products and they were identical. Secondly, the quality the accessories that they are offering are not up to my expectations and thirdly, their range is also limited.

I would not advise you to buy accessories from TCM. Instead, try Optimum or other 4x4 accessories suppliers on Zamzama or Rimpa Plaza (MA Jinnah Road).
