in hyderabad on sunday night (sindhi culture day) 90% of high end vehicles had emergency vehicle blinkers over dash boards and at the front. At latifabad no 2 crossing an ambulance was STUCK because there was a dance performance on road shortly before sunset. later at 7.45 pm wadhu wah road i was stuck in the same traffic chaos and sadly witnessed a death in another ambulance because ambulance hooter was squashed under 'the noise of music & hooters' in other private vehicles. mostly DALA & SUVs.
there is a law very much in existence for usage of such lights / blinkers & hooters RTA & Traffic police is responsible for such violations check, but when law breakers are muscular then the law enforcers such deaths & chaos will continue.
when i passed css we read that Shah Abdul Lateef Bhittai (rest in peace) day was observed as sindh cultural day, over period of time Allama Iqbal day was also quashed and so the Shah Lateef day is no longer Sindh culture day. Salute to politics.
16 Dec 1971 is darkest day when Pakistan was split, it was never considered as day of mourning or day of surrender & humiliated defeat,
but after scheduled targeted massacre at APS on 16 Dec all of a sudden it has become a National mourning day ..
