TOYOTA Hilux Vigo Indus 2013 auto ADVICE?

Changing my car now soo have few options a toyota Surf 1999-2002 model as its diesel and I like tht particular model more, The New Indus Toyota Hilux Vigo auto 2500cc one not sure any1 had it whts it like I hvae had afew Thailand vigos 3.0G ones last one was a vigo vn turbo 3.0G auto. so not sure about this one braking, fuel economy, is it stable, whats it like on motorway does it brake well, grip wise. comparing to surf which is much better but will be old dont really like the 2004 shape of surf so thts a no for me, 36 lakhs is a big price tag is it worth it? as I found the new civic vti oriel crap hated it was a real waste of 25 lakhs which is why sold it within a week. ur advice will be worth while to me in deciding as toyota capital as no test drive hilux avail will be testing my fathers friends Indus Hilux whos all aww about it!!! so guys which one Hilux

Spent 2.5M on a locally assembled Civic,expect the same on a 3.5M invoiced car specially from the manufacturer who value profits more than humans,better find a 15 years old Surf still better than an under powered,unstable poor quality Hilux.Which is only badged as Vigo.

Had a test ride in it when the family was thinking of buying a 4 wheel drive. It's extremely uncomfortable and the 2.7 l coupled to the automatic transmission is a disaster plus it's very noisy.
An imported thai/UKDM may be better.
Well that's my opinion. It's best to test drive a friends /relatives local hilux to make your final decision.

If you found civic as crap then local Vigo will be a disaster for you when you ride it. Test drive and let us know what are your views about it?

if you want vigo then go for thai only, it has VSC which is not offered by Toyota in Pakistan. It makes a lot of difference in stability and grip, a 1KZ surf is also better than the locally assembled vigo champ

was in the market for a jeep and drove my brother in law's new vigo champ,it was extremely uncomfortable and underpowered,then i test drove a 2010 tundra and bought that instead,the BEST jeep in its class price/comfort/power/looks wise.

I would advice you to buy Land Cruiser in this amount, not to waste money on local crap. As now they are not of good quality. Or if you want hilux then buy UK model which is 3.0L or 3.5L but it costs around 45lakhs.

Get the Surf. Either 3.4 v6 5vz petrol one or 1kd versions as i am guessing the later models had those engines which are better

never really a fan of the new hilux. its tough but very agricultural so un comfy and noisy

or you can get something good like a 3.5 v6 pajero

I don't know why but whenever I see that "daa laa" aka vigo on the road I get an annoying feeling.

3m... add few and get Prado.. else Pajero 05. ..its awesome.. and u ll get it between 1.8-2.5m

An 8-10 year old LC Prado TX or the V6 TZ is a better option then the locally assembled Vigo and Fortuner.... Since an 8-year old PRADO has more airbags and better built quality then PKDM SUVs/Trucks..... And also, PRADOs are available with V6.... If you have more money like 6-7 Mill... You could buy a fresh imported 07-08 PRADO with 1GRFE...

thanks guys ur advice are really good!!! @khanrocks bro I know what ur gona say soo say it out loud, Dammm drove the local indus made vigo seriously its a bad bad machine no power at all very unstable, suspension is very hard, uncomfortable its a BIG disappointment as waz gona buy it, going for the surf 2001 or 2002 model as drove tht its fun to drive, seen a few others also a Mitsubishi Pajero 2007 model and a prado 2005 V6 petrol, considering keep my Mitsubishi L200 Animal 2009 also with me instead. but the Local Vigo is out Major let down!

If we know already that what i am going to say then why not you just go ahead and Buy a 100 series LC and Relax i am telling you .. u cant go wrong with that ...

But if u want to keep Animal and add another SUV .. then go for 2007 Pajero .. you would have a Mitsu Set Then

lol I have seen a Amazon like ur in black real hard to find a clean one these days Land Cruiser is best but very hard to find a clean one looking for one in velvet seat the leather seats are mostly worn down in most soo velvet seats better option and Japanese version are better what u reck but Amazon is better built in my view but hard to find a clean one like urs which is a beauty!
