Toyota is HUGE RIPP OFF!

I booked 2018 grande on 2017 oct-nov from Toyota Multan Chowk Nawa Shehr Multan, They said I will get the delivery in april first week of 2018, Early march they started calling me to deposit remaining and I will receive the car within march, I had some financial issues so couldn't arrange at that time, Now that I have arranged and paying, They said I have to pay more now although price increase would apply on after april models, March they said to deposit 2.1M apart from the 500k, Now they are asking for 2.2M! I read it here on pakwheels about after april price increase on toyota models, Is their any official statement which I can find so I can sue them for ripping me off? Help would be appreciated cause I am going to sue them if they are trying to ripp me off.

1st file complain with IMC, lets see what they will come up with.
People who are affected with this price hike are making a whatsapp group, il update you once the group will be formed. even i booked by GLI in early dec @ 1.89 million and after they increased price twice dealers asked me to make balance payment of 2.049 million (with 160 lacs increase or 8.5% extra from my PBO price).
just waiting for IMC response, also called today to Ministry of finance and production helpline. they suggested me to wait for final response from IMC and if mater dosen`t solve file a complain on our site.

The old price was only valid for people who had deposited balance payment. There is no way you can sue them. If you read the terms and conditions on your PBO they have made their end safe and you signed off on it. So even though it may be morally wrong in your eyes, legally the are absolutely on the right as per the PBO of their terms that you signed at booking

Most things are a 'rip off' in Pakistan.

Anyhow; only a financial lawyer could point you in the right direction.

Toyota also increased price for people who paid in full. My is being asked to pay further 75000 where as he paid in full at the time of booking.
