Trying to modify Toyota Mark 2 1976 into a drift machine. Any suggestions will be appreciated

1. reduce weight of the car buy stripping it down
2. get a big engine like a jz or v8
3. get the suspension sorted out of front
4. get lsd differential with matching ratio with your gear and final drive
5. upto you that you want tube or live axles at the back
6. roll cage
7. bucket seats
8. drop
9. deep dish wheels
   you are good to go i have a 75 mark 2 its not specifically for drifting as its heavy and is a muscle car but i so occasionally drift it on turns roundabouts etc... my recommendation is go for 82 corolla aur some new rear wheel car baqi its upto you

And if i only go for a car that i can drift occasionally. Will i be needing the same stuff. I live in Lahore. Can you suggest a mechanic for the engine. Some one who knows what he is doing.

Im restoring a Mark @ 1976 Corona. Can please someone help me solve the tyre size issue. I do not know which size is right for it. I want 17' rims. Will it bother me while turning the car. I would appreciate all the help
