Mark X has official dealer support in Pakistan? I don't think so. A regular Toyota dealership will probably skin him alive for a simple job.
Don't go directly to a mechanic; it would be better to post your car's problem here on the forums, and wait for experienced users to propose solutions. After that, you can try to fix it yourself, or take it to a reliable mechanic and tell him exactly what you want to fix; no more and no less.
