This will work, and possibly torque / motordata app will work, before buying, ask store person about its compatability with passo 07. He will also tell u about app.

I think, any good quality, genuine (and not clone) OBD II device will work, provided, it gets fitted on the OBD II slot in your car.

It is usually on the right bottom side of the steering wheel, or below the dashboard and steering wheel.

I would sincerely suggest to buy any genuine, and branded product, like XTOOL, Ancel, etc.

Do not buy cheap, clones, from some random, abc, brands. You might face problems.

First, they will not properly connect. 2nd, when connected, they won't be able to their intended functions, and read error codes, etc.
