Toyota Passo 2015 ECU Required

Hello Pakwheelers,

I am looking for Toyota Passo 2015 ECU. Can anybody help me to find it. From where i can get it? What would be the estimated price of it? My car is showing error code P0010. Mechanic inspected almost everything to get rid of from this code but no luck. He has checked all the wirings, replaced related sensor but code is still the same. Now he is saying that it seems there is an issue with its ECU.

By the way, I am from Rawalpindi. Kindly suggest me any place in Rawalpindi or Islamabad.

it is not because of bad ECU, the crank / cam sensor of the engine has developed some fault and need to be fixed. don't get scammed just because the mechanic is unable to identify the actual issue. ECU is only a device which controls the engine / brake sensors at optimum any abnormality is registered and reported as CEL. For diagnosis & rectification

Actually they have changed cam sensor as well but the error was still the same. I will contact @rajaatta after iftar Insha’ALLAH. Thanks for sharing the number.

We have checked it with mithu khan already. They dont have any in stock.
Sultan Ka Khoo is not a small place to find it. My mechanic checked it with his contacts there but no luck. I have talked to @rajaatta. I'll visit his workshop on Saturday Insha’ALLAH. Lets see.

in year 2010 i came across a PW member who is born raised educated and started his practical life in Islamabad., He was with me when we went to Chah Sultan from Islamabad via airport PAF parallel link road. together we walked in the streets & alleys of area sourcing parts, had GANNAY KA RAAS twice in 4 hours and he was Speech Less on way back before getting into vehicle he asked how long you lived in RWP., as this is 1st time in 32 years I have come to this area of Pindi, I only know Bank Road, PC, AWT Plaza & AFIC and i use GT road link from I-9 side. this is 1st time i know RWP is so big and so thickly populated.

Dear All

Today I have visited Raja Atta workshop (Rehman Autos). He investigated the issue thoroughly and come to conclusion that my car ECU is replaced with Daihatsu Boon's ECU. He has found the exact ECU part number which will be compatible with my CAR. Now we are looking for it so that ECU can be replaced. We are looking for following part number:

89560-B1C94
OR
89560-B1D44

Kindly help me to find it.

@rajaatta must have known that boon & passo are vehicles under same parentage Toyota & Daihatsu family. The ECU must've been of different power train configuartion and need swap. Good luck

Yes they are same but had different map and pinout setting. The ECU currently installed is from M600S type vehicle where as this vehicle is KGC 35 series. So a pinout conflict is there plus there is ecu communication error present on Central CAN BUS. Which cannot be cleared out if the engine problem resolves so the chassis number was helpful to find OEM ecu part number. I hope we would find it in time I also had shared the part number with many other fellows and also requested Mr Bill to share it with other mechanics too to find it so this problem could be resolved. I hope things get better asap
