could someone guide me how to use this product on a 2016 passo with 1kr-fe engine , it says to gain access to intake downstream of airfilter. if anyone used please guide

Yes I used it. you will be needing a medical IV apparatus. It looks like this.

Inject incoming side into the bottle where rubber seal is, and make a hole on the bottom side of bottle by keeping it upside down. Insert the outgoing side (remove needle) of an IV line into the intake by removing a pipe coming from engine attached nearby throttle body. Start the IV line at normal pace, and keep rpm of your car upto 2-3k max.
It will make knocking, ignore it and mantain the rpm. Reattach the removed pipe and rev your car high again and again.
Go for a drive of at least 10kms by keeping a high rpm.

Can we pour it directly in fuel tank?

There are two versions of it.
One that can be poured in fuel tank and another one that can be injected or sprayed from intake. You can choose according to your ease. Intake one works better in case of Liqui moly. I found protec oxicat catalytic and lambda sensor cleaner better if you're thinking of pouring it in fuel tank. Half bottle in one full tank then remaining half bottle in another full tank.
