Toyota passo 2nd generation fuel average...!

Hello brothers. Passo owners 2012/13/14 model to comment the fuel average they are getting of their cars.
I m owning a 2013 model passo, 107000 driven, giving me an average of around 12-12.5km/L in locals without ac and 14.5-15km/L on long route.
No issues regarding mobil oil as i am using a good one, havoline 10w30 formula and oil quality is good and i use a genuine oil filter. P.s tuning done recently, air filter changed, spark plugs fine, i use a medium foot not a heavy one.
Want to know is this a reasonable average after all?
Suggestions needed ?

Min passo 2010 gives 14.5 in local an 17.5 on long without ac

You should be using 5w30 or 0w20 oil in passo as per manufacturer instructions, it will improve the overall driving and fuel average

Thats a decent average. Dont know why am i getting this avg !

Already have experienced a big transformation on my car. Switched it from 20w50 to this grade. As previous owner was using this grade. On 10w30, it works much better and hardly bears this grade and i m afraid, if it gets more thinner it might start consuming more oil than the current amount it eats which is almost 500ml.
And to my knowledge, i think 5w30 and 10w30 are almost same i guess.

dont destroy your passo by taking it to random tunners by
reading 17-18 avg number over here and internet
everyone here is from diff city, drives differently from each otehr, and on diff roads and rush

Using 10w30 havoulind with genuine filters. Hyper miling techniques applied: no sudden accelerate/decelerate only. Minimal breaking by slowing down early instead of breaking..

Fuel aerage of my car has dropped significantly to 10.5 to 11km/L with ac nowadays. Although i use genuine oil of havoline along with genuine toyota filter from the day i bought it, tuning recently done, still didn't see any significant improvement. Car is mechanically fine and engine soundless. Can you guys suggest what other things should i look for? I am doubtful about the cat converter? Should it be investigated ?

Yes catalytic and throttle must be clean.
