Toyota Passo A/C Problem

I have a toyota passo 1.3 2007 and the issue with A/C is that it does not cool much even a cultus cools the room better than my car. So got the A/c checked and the condenser needed to be replaced(put in the condenser of corolla 1.3) as the mechanic told that condenser was changed(according to mechanic my car had a condenser of 660cc car despite its engine size). However the condenser was changed and it worked slightly better than before But now i'm having the same problem which i was facing before with my A/C. The problems i'm having are as follow;
* Car A/C does not cool as a 1300 should cool.
* The A/C keeps the room cool as long the car is moving but when the car stops or slows down, the A/C decreases the cooling.
* The A/C keeps turning Off and On more frequently than it should in idle state.

How is the condition of your cabin air filter. I was having same problem with my Passo. 2 different AC shops recommended replacing condenser and compressor. Third shop simply replaced the cabin air filter and problem solved.

1. do check ur cabin filter , then do check ur compressor cluth, if its turning off and on continuously. the
   shop guys used to put washer to uplift it.

2. do check your refrigerant level. the ac behaves abnormal if its level is low.

3. do service your complete ac, the evaportor coils etc

Also check the Radiator and condenser Fan's if they are working properly.

firstly the ac should have been original .. secondly if alternate must be fitted then it should be atleast of a 1000cc car .. like for passo kabli ac of duet is recommended instead of 660cc (mostly they fit mini pajero ac) .. when u replaced condenser was it bigger in size then ur gas pressure would have varied, if gas is filled to pressure, then load on compressor has increased with more gas in the system

newer model cars cut down or shut down ac when car is accelerated or engine temp goes bit on higher side .. then there is a manual thermostat behind the glove box in some car to give a max cutoff value .. sometimes this adjustable knob is disturbed

That was 3 years ago. After that I've replaced compressors / condensors almost 4 times spending more than 100k on AC. The last guy who did work on my car has Alhamdulillah fixed the issue that others were overlooking. The evaporator coil (cooling coil) of AC was blocked from inside that was creating high pressure after some usage and resulted in busted AC compressors
