Toyota Passo black oil coming along with water from exaust

Hi there. I have Toyota Passo 2010 registered 2015. It has 65000 kms on the ODO. Recently I noticed the engine oil reducing ( 1 liter for every 3000km). And today i noticed some black liquid mixed with water in the morning (I assume its engine oil). It usually happens on when accelerator released form high revs. Quiet confused on what might the issue be. Maybe the camshaft? Maybe piston oil rings are worn out. IDK help please ( oh! and it has a 1KR-FE engine.

1KR-FE is notorious for such smoke. 1000 ml per 3000 km is negligible however compression test will ascertain weather it is piston rings or valves are leaking, surely its not at 65000 - few digits are surely tampered when you got the vehicle

thanks for the reply. and by the way, it is not releasing any smoke at all, just some black content with water. No smoke at all

Mordern cat converters are good at hiding the smoke.so i would suggest compression test.

first of all confirm if the liquid is oil. i owned a 2009 townace it also reduced oil. like every normal car, on cold startups it used to throw black liquid from exhaust(not slippery). it was just water that exited collected carbon with it. and about the decreasing oil, the problem was a partial damaged valve cover seal. what is the condition of the plugs?dry or oily?

worn piston rings(symptoms-smoke from exhaust )
Faulty pcv
Faulty/damaged valve cover seal(Symptoms-Oil spots on engine or on ground )
these are some known problems.Others can add as per their expertise.
