My passo 2012 model Hana 120000 km is giving 9-10 average with AC in city in mix traffic situation
Recently few things done so far
New denso plugs,air filter,oil filter ,engine oil zin 5w20 and catalytic converter has been cleaned
But average is still below expected value.
Plus there is also knocking problem when ac is turned on or when accelerator is pressed hard. [Knocking problem is main issue now .]
Please anyone?

I am assuming that your car spark plugs, air filter are replaced with new. If all above is done then you do the following:

1) Purchase liquimoly engine flush. Carry out engine flushing as per recommended method.

2) Carry out fuel injection nozzle ultrasonic cleaning by Toyota 3S.

3) Use 5w30 viscosity Grade engine oil. Fully sunthetic SN Grade.

4) Use only high octane fuel from any reputed Total pump station.

Enjoy your knock free ride with improvement in fuel economy.

How can we do engine flush ?
Can be please tell me simple words what is and how injection nozzle ultrasonic is done

Engine Flush:

1) Buy engine flush (only liquimoly )

2) By new engine oil and filter

3) Go to workshop for oil change

4) Add engine oil flush to old oil and run the engine for about 15 minutes at idle.

5) Drain old oil

6) Replace oil filter and add new oil ( 5W30). Fully synthetic SN Grade. I prefer Total.

Fuel injector cleaning: For this go to Toyota 3S ask them to do this for you. The injectors shall be removed from you car and ultrasonic cleaning will be done by machine. Once completed, ask for report and then these shall be installed back.

Note: You can buy engine flush from Pakwheels online shopping.

Get spark plugs cleaned and tip adjusted.. & drive a full tank of total Excellium after full tank end.

One advise to you is that never clean and reinstall the spark plugs, always replace them when required or at due interval.

Anyone knows where the transmission (cvt) oil filler port is located in passo? The bolt has 'TC' written on it. @hash4u @DrUsmanNawaz @Imranar @Dawar @tintin1

Apparently, its an issue with the lose brake caliper. Please get it checked accordingly.
