Your engine depends upon budget over valve for valve clearance your engine isn't inhaling required air you need to get bucket over valve inspected from Toyota 3s Toyota sale bucket for like 1.5k /piece since you have 12 valve engine 1.5?12=18k + labour

also if they say its this valve thing? and give me a quote? will they give any kind of gurantee this knocking sound will go off?

is there any 3s outlet in karachi which does not RIP customers and is there any possible option to have bucket over valve thing done from other showroom then toyota 3s??? please guide

dear saboor just to update, today evening i took car on empty road and at speed of 5 i fully pressed accelerator upto max from scretch, the car shooted up and reached 120 in a while but during that from 5-120 no knocking sound , does it mean/indicate something else or its the same issue? as knocking sound coming during normal drive in city . sound is like that of rings we hear in mehran kyyber etc (kir kir kir kir type)

The knocking can destroy your engine really quick a revving while driving fast the air in engine bay cools down (more dense air) due to fast air getting in engine bay through front grill that the reason you might see knocking vanish

which 3s in karachi u recommend? i live near toyota highway?

and other then 3s no single up to date workship in karachi which can do this? just asking

i read a long conversation about your car knocking problem. I have one simple suggestion for you if you go for any engine work and it will cost you 15k plus than please dont waist your money coz problem cannot be resolved permanently so before that must check new engine which cost you not more than 18 to 20k simply replace it with new one.

mere pass passo 2012 model hai mujeh fuel ke bare main janana tha ke main sirf high octane use karoon ya high octane ke sath super mix kar ke use karoon (high octane kitne percent aur super kitne percent). agar sirf high octane use karoon tau us ka koi nuksan tau nai engine per. jin bhaion ki 2011 se onward passo ki achi fuel consuption hai mujeh suggest karian , aur baki expert advice bi de sakte hain thanks in advance

Better avoid such thing new engine is not possible in 20k the scrapyard engine are big risk and you never know how good they are you might end up repairing the same fault in that engine
