Basically its a Flare Stick
Temporary light in case of emergency when u dont have alternate sources
So dont use it when u have a torch or mobile flash can do the job
To use it pull of the cap and quickly rub the top of the flare on the sanded part of the cap to light it up, like a match stick
It has a 3 year expiration date so if u dont use it bfr that then give it some1 who will need it bcz no use keeping it after expiration might not work when needed, u shud replace it then
Though u can fit glass breaking hammer in that slot too and thats also the same colour
I reckon that hammer more useful
