Sir I have 2014 hana +.. 2010 onwards have same disc brakes I have used ones they are identical. BTW what is the recommended running for ac f8lter change? My ac is fine till now. Car done 22k

I bought my Hana+ with 1400 on the odo, its about to complete 25000 km, changed the cabin air filter last month don't remember the exact cost but it was around 1000 bought it from DHA karachi so it might be expensive and I doubt it was genuine, it might be a high copy.

The AC filter is easy to reach/clean though.

Does someone know where can I get original Passo brake pads in Karachi, and my car is about to complete 25000km so is it time to replace all four brake pads or just the front two? Secondly, what would be cost of the brake pads.

The price I got for both sets was between8k and 8.5k from two different shops in gawalmandi, rwp. What needs to be replaced depends on the condition.

Well there is kind of and screeching sound from one of the front wheels only when I press the brakes hard in emergency or something. So I guess I'll purchase a set and only replace the necessary ones and keep the rest. You bought them at a really high price, those prices were quoted to me by autoexpert.pk guys. 5500 for Japanese, 8500 for Thai. At other reputable shops in the market, genuine is for 5000 and japanese for 1400.

There is lots of Frauds going on in spare parts market. Not orginal being sold in packing of original which even parts seller himself can not recognise. Its very hard to find original parts.

Because if you hear a rumbling/grumbling noise due emergency braking then that's the abs in motion albeit a good way to determine is the dot 3 brake fluid cylinder level, if that's okay then your brakes are fine and another way to test them is obviously judging it through the brake pedal and how the car stops etc

What do you mean by pads and shoes? Does one need to replace both things for the front tyres? And no it is kind of a whistling noise, started coming since a week or so.

No. It's different for front and rear wheel. You should visit a decent mechanic and have him inspect the brakes to determine what the issue is. A friend of mine had the same issue albeit the fluid level in the cylinder was fine but his brakes had become hard and made screeching noises as well. The mechanic diagnosed his issue as his brakes had heated up and he went through a puddle or something and that basically made the shoe hard otherwise the brakes were fine. He found a guy selling the shoe (Japanese - not original) for 1250 which he had replaced and he says the brakes felt immediately better and the noise is gone.

He had this done 2-3 days before so he isn't sure of the 1250 brakes quality is as good as they claim so let's see how that goes through personally I'd opt for the original passo ones as brakes aren't something one compromises with

Yar 3 dafa shocks lye for khybr teenon dafa nkli jb k I was buying of KGB. Then bought disc pads forgli they were also fake with original price. Now I went to mehran autos or imran autos for Toyota and kohi noor autos for suzuki. Plus kyanii wala very rude. Thats my experience brother

You are probably right. I've been going to mehran autos since many years and I've never had an issue in terms of parts ever. They are well known for that bit. I get my oil from bismillah traders in gawalmandi , their prices and quality of products is also top notch.

When I turn on my passo this light turn on for a minute or twon and then disappear. Any issues brothers? Or is it normal? I dnt remember it was on when I bought it.
