I live in mansehra, i just bought from a local shop, i bought local radiator cap of rs 300, the one which is of denso brand is of 1600 rs. Now i am thinking to buy one of denso.
Just match the specifications of old and new cap. The height and width and pressure written on caps.

Like there is genuine cap of passo 2007, having pressure 108kpa or 1.1atm.

Can u figure out the pressure written on your passo radiator cap,,, is it 108kpa (1.1) ?

Just to be on the safe side, you can go to any toyota 3S center and buy the cap, it will be expensive though. There are many 3S centers e.g. on thokar niaz beg, on ferozepur road near model town entrance, on peco road near kainchi, two on walton road

Its almost 3.2 ltr
depends how much oil you have drained, so 3.15-3.25 is ok

For all passo/boon owners. I changed my engine oil/air filter/oil filter and the loud noise at lower gears is now gone. the sound when braking is normal in automatic cars. my freind has nissan march and it is also makes this sound.

If any one here has orignal tv navigation system and finds any useful stuff about it (map cd/ how to make tv work/change the band in fm from 75-90khz to 85-105khz) please let me know

You want to reset fuel average meter. There are two trip sticks on speedometer.long press below one when you have a view of fuel average meter. Reset it during driving.
