Dear Dr Sb. As 2016 is drawing to a close, 2013 model will not be imported next year, being 4 years old.Importers will be booking model 2014 onwards. As of now they are trying to dispose off 2013 models earlier, keeping price of later models high and 2014 models to 2016 models of PASSO are not visible in market now a days. A word of caution Yen has already crossed 1 rupee and cars will be costlier from next year.
If you can compromise buy a 3.5-4 grade car, since you are already buying a second hand car.
Cost of PASSO which you have seen is more. Here in Karachi You can get a very good PASSO car in approx 1300000/- Decide the sooner the better.
