The window reset procedure is as following:
1 - Sit in the car and close the door. Turn on ignition to where the meter lights are on.
2 - Close the window and keep pressing the window close button for 30 sec.
3 - Open the window and keep the window open button pressed for 30 secs.
Basically what is being done is that the window top and bottom stop points are being taught to the car. Repeat until the window auto function returns. On my car sometimes it works on the first try and sometimes 3-4 tries are required. Hope this solves your problem.
