And they will be almost the same for 5w30 too.

You can pour 5w40 or 0w40 or 5w20, it's your car.

When I'm recommending others, I stick to what Toyota says. They even say do not pour 5w30, even though there are very minor differences on paper.

But, awaam if it wants to save 300-500 rupees, sure. It's their call.

One more quick question, 3L or 4L bottle ?

IMO, 1L x 3 = 3L, or single 3L bottle would suffice, when engine oil quantity reqd. is in-between 2.6~3.1L (3L would be short of 100ml, when quantity reqd, is 3.1L, but would suffice).

If quantity reqd. is 3.2~3.3L or more, go for 4L pack.

1kr is notorious to burning oil. Get a 4L one, keep topping up if the oil is short. These oils are good to go for 8k to 10k kms with good quality filters.

When did toyota forbid 5w30 for 1kr engines, infact its recommended for heavy load driving. Plz hav a look at owner manuals

And when it comes to oils like toyota cvt or honda atfs, we buy from official dealerships, not thru gawalmandi based distributors as these r mostly fake, especially cvt and atfs,

Although I haven't used Valvoline personally, but I have heard that its a good oil, and is almost comparable to Total, if not better than Total (may be its better than it, but its Good).

IMO, Total, Kixx and now let's say, Valvoline, are good, value to money brands, when it comes to buying 5w-30 fully synthetic.

Have personally used Total Quartz 9000 Future Series 5w-30, so based on my experience, 10/10 for it.
