Hello Raza,

Yar please guide me. I am using Passo 2009.

1) what should be the pressure in tires (26/28) or (28/30) or you suggest. Tire size 155/80 R13 795.
2) What is the fuel in reverse when fuel final point starts blinking. Please also suggest me in Kilo Meters.

I would appreciate your response.

Vicky bhai has nicely explained, i ll just add that within city u can use 30 pressure, while on highways reduce it to 28.

I have not tested that how many kilometers it runs after last bar starts blinking. I usually get the petrol after that.

2-b) O/D-on .... start the car, shift to 'L' mode, drive, shift to '2' then 'D' and vice versa when u stop the car at signals stc?

Sorry for naive questions, but I am new to driving especially auto ones

check front door pillar..tyre size is written on it

Start the car, shift to "D" and drive....use "L" when you want more power and wanna go uphill....

Check the tire pressure written on front door piller...keep that in your tires

I think about 4-6 litres will be remaining in reserve

I have checked that its (20/22) but some suggest me that its in Japan but in Pakistan, Good pressure is 26/28. Please comment.

^^^ it must be 2.2 bars which roughly calculates to 30psi for pakistan.....check it again

Finally the problem is resolved after opening the catalyst converter (i am attaching a reference picture).. after discussing with few mechanics most of them suggested to open it and clean it. so finally get it opened from the mechanic and cleaned thoroughly with acid (bathroom saaf krnay wala) 6 bottles.. and then washed it with clean water.. the pick has increased and with ac its way better then before..

P.S dont put screw driver or any sharp thing inside the converter

Any1 cleaned passo cat converter in karachi? If yes plz tell from where?

Great discussion on forum. I have learned a lot from this threat abt Passo. I am going to get one 2009 model in the next week as my ride is in transit from Khi.
I wanna ask you that what I must do immediately after purchase of this master piece as my dealer has said that its freshly cleared from the port dont know how much time it had spend on the port
from all the discussion in this forum I have learnt that i must change air filter, oil filter and engine oil immediately is there any thing else what should be done?

Guys, i keep my Passo's interior/cabin-room clean (seats, mats, original carpet, door sides and all), how often do you guys clean your car? And tips would be appreciated for cleaning car everyday/daily if car runs daily.

AoA..I hv brought passo 2days ago...its very good car bt there is some kind of problem with its Ac..when u start it..it works very good for like 5 to 10mins then automatically its compressor stops..its air become hot and the compressor starts again after 10 to 15mins or sometime it never starts again when car is running...Ac wala said k gas kam hy I fulled the gas bt the problem was still there..then another Ac wala said its compressor is weak I will hv to change its compressor. .third Ac wala said there is some kind of rubber in compressor its weak I will repair the same compressor for u..Now I m really confused wat to do..need some expert advice plz

Dear Brothers....

Today i was in Islamabad looking for a passo 2010. Found a couple with reasonable rates. However the problem is that for the past 6 years i have been driving my cuore with the utmost satisfaction. But the time comes for everything and thus i decided to get a better vehicle. So problem at hand is that i donot know anything about passo 2010. If anyone who has the vehicle or has any info on it can let me in on some pointers...as in what sort of transmission it has, iv heard CVT is boring but only in regard to vitz. Does passo 2010 have a normal auto tranny or its the cvt version.... plus when buying passo what do i need to be looking for....

would really appreciate the help...

This thread may be old now but it has been very useful for me to learn about Passo.
What I still have not completely figured out are the different internal/external specifications/features of Passo's models from 2006-2010 AND in its versions (G, XL, Turbo, Hanna etc). I would really appreciate it, if any of you may please explain the differences or the features in a model that you know about, so that I can make an informative decision about buying one ASAP!

I have more questions to follow with respect to the best JDM car importers/ dealers in Ibd/Rwp, but for now I am awaiting your response to the above question.

XV, X, G or XF, Racy ..comes in 1.0 and 1.3 but only in auto transmission.

XV: no matching mirrors half wheel cups ..power mirror power steering ..no matching door handles..

X: matching mirrors matching door handles full wheel cups headlight adjuster

XF or G: hids, sofa seats, air cleaner , retractable mirrors, better steering wheel , smart key

Racy: sports model comes in 1.3 in both auto n maual

My 2008 passo has auto flip + retractable mirrors, navigation system+ dvd lcd, ionizer, genuine alloyrims, white lights, I don't know what key it is, key has 2 built-in buttons for door locking and unlocking, 8 airbags, power steering, power windows, coloured door handles. What model/version is it?
