Hi every one I have a 2004 Daihatsu Boon and im in need of parts. I am from Jamaica and I cannot find the parts here. Can anyone help me source the following parts:

Back crank shaft seal
engine mounts
front rack end right and left
back control arm bushing right and left
pcv valve gasket
2 outer cv joint
door lock and window motor
ac compressor

AoA Guys, I am new here and feel that this forum is the best.

I have just purchased a 2012 Passo 4WD (KGC35) in Pearl Black color. Will need your help and suggestions to maintain it. Will post pics asap.

I will appreciate if someone could suggest a professional car detailing service near Tariq Road or Defence area.

I am also planning to take it to Toyota Society motors for checkup and maintenance. Does someone has experience with Toyota Society motors.

Guys, I've been trying to decide between a Passo/Vitz/Alto so wanted your opinion!

My biggest concern with the Passo is the steering shift, which is just a P-D. I've heard that the Passo is a 4 speed AT, but how does it perform pick wise and if you want to drive in the mountains? With both the Vitz and the Alto you get a D1/D2 style gear shift option so you can get extra pick when driving uphill. How does the Passo fare in that regard?

For all the people having mileage issues with there passo or boon the solution is quiet simple.
1. Change motor oil.
2. Change gear oil.
3.Install new iradium spark plugs.
4. Remove catalittic converter.
5. Change air filters.
And the most important step is to disconnect negative terminal of the battery for 30 seconds and then reconnect the terminal now the AVG meter would be reset. Now drive the car with a light foot. The car would start giving much better mileage then before InshAllah. Hope this helps.

passo till 2010 has P R N D 2 L , so its not a problem for driving in hilly roads.

me apni passo pe 2 martaba monal gya tha, with 5 ppls on board, 2 gear pe rakh k easily jati he, no issue at all

i am facing same sort of problem that u had face, on idle and at D car start vibrating i have checked its rpm work o.k apparently mechanic told me mounting as well good, so pl advice me what shall i have to do

Two weeks back i bought a toyota passo 2010 fresh import unregistered from islamabad for 11 lac rs. Only 13000 driven in excellent condition. I have found it to be a very smooth car and will recommend it to others. Registration in islamabad costs around 20000 through agent. I only changed engin oil to zic A+. This oil costs 2600 rs for 4 litres. Passo needs 3 litres. Zic oil needs changing after 5 months. My local desi style mechanic can easily do the basic maintainance. I filled tank with high octance from F-6 caltex pump. Mileage showing is around 15 km/l. I will update fuel average after i have driven it for atleast a month. Passo has annoyed me a little bcoz it came with only one key+remote. Its dash board does not close and is open. So if you have kids on front seat you will have problems either with kids or with car.

recently i bought passo 2010, but it has a problem of acceleration in 2nd gear, some one told to change the gear oil .... but i dont know what to do.... can anybody help me out... is there any skilled mechanic in islamabad...?

Hi Guys, bought Passo 2006 about a week ago. Don know much about it so need ur help in understanding few things, as I live in Quetta so no good mechanics / facilities available here.
- the transmission oil dipstick has two marks C & H. Can u plz tell me what this means ?
- How much transmission fluid comes in it? 3 or 4 ltr ?
- Which transmission oil should I use?

UPDATE: Oil filter (paper wala) costs 350rs, simple key without remote for passo costs 300 Rs from F-10 markaz, I was told key with remote will cost around 5000rs.
